Returns & refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item, allowing you to request a return within that time frame.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unworn condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. When reaching out, please include your order number and the reason for return.

Return Address:

Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Information:

• Defective Products: If the product is defective, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label for free return shipping.
• Customer Remorse: If you’re returning the item for personal reasons, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Fees:

• Defective Products: If the item is defective, we can assist with repairs or replacements. If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll send a replacement.
• Customer Remorse: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: There are no restocking fees.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, we suggest returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the approval status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellation Policy:

If your order is canceled due to unavailability or another reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
