Custom & Import Tax

  1. Who is responsible for paying duties and taxes for international shipments?

For international orders, the recipient (Consignee) is responsible for any duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not calculated or included when you place your order and must be paid directly to Customs when your order arrives.

  1. How much do I need to pay for the import duty?

Customs duty amounts vary depending on the country and the local tariff policies.

Note: For international shipments, we use USPS First Class. The amount of customs duty will depend on the customs regulations of the destination country.

Typically, for packages shipped by USPS First Class, we declare an invoice value between $20 USD and $150 USD, marking the package as a gift to minimize the import duty, though this is subject to your country's tariff policy.

  1. What will we do to reduce your import tax?

If you have specific instructions for the invoice value declaration, please contact us at contact@mindfullifehub.com. We will adjust the declared value as per your requirements. Otherwise, we will usually declare the value between $20 USD and $150 USD, based on the weight and size of the package.

  1. What will we do if your package encounters customs clearance issues?

If there are any customs clearance issues, we will cover the customs clearance fees and provide the shipping invoice, which you will need to present to customs. We will also assist by contacting USPS to help resolve the situation.
